2. Platform Purpose

The SAC platform is designed to facilitate the accreditation application, assessment, and management process for educational institutions operating in the United Arab Emirates. The platform enables institutions to submit accreditation applications, upload supporting documentation, and track their accreditation status.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify SAC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are involved in fraudulent activity.

4. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your accreditation applications and supporting documentation. Submitting false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application, revocation of accreditation, and potential legal action under UAE law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

6. Accreditation Decisions

Accreditation decisions are made by SAC's assessment committee based on evidence submitted through the platform and on-site assessment findings. SAC's decisions are final, subject to the appeals process outlined in the accreditation handbook. Accreditation status may be revoked if an institution fails to maintain the standards against which it was accredited.
